The question is why were these selections chosen?
Personally I prefer to use Real Time odds and project the final odds beyond 4 mins to post by money flow recognition.
Its not always perfect but good enough to determine a play or not. |
they were chosen so u could see (who ) are usually
the "track take" horses and how u could gain an advantage
to the race itself .
if u believe in the horse or not is up to each individual
player and it will all depend on experience . personally i never wait
to get a bet down on race day .
because 95 percent of the time i use the projections to tell me where the value is on the other horses
most of the time my simulations mirror what the horse is before they enter the gate, some obviously get away on me but that is life.
where i am almost sure of is the positioning of the selections whether they
be first second or third favourites even if the ml odds are high
in relation to the others
so what i do is project how i will bet the race according to that once single selection because it will dictate how the board moves for the other
selections according to my simulations
don't waste my time being in front of the computer all day
and can comfortably bet with confidence knowing the projected odds
like i said , the computer generated bots beat me after the gate
sometimes but i don't worry about that because my simulations
are always correct and the bot players can't beat the simulated edge because they
are wrong at least 70 percent of the time anyway !!!
it is just to show that most days there are at least
8 to 10 selections per day that show this kind of downward movement
and anticipating that gives every player a huge edge if they have done their
homework

I have a mental system that's similar. I look for horses that I speculate (poorly) are underbet and try to catch them 2nd or 3rd for get-out money. Occasionally I'm lucky in the exacta or win spot at big numbers.
