Saratoga 3rd race 8/30

Ok....Lots of beatin and bangin in the stretch. The Stews take down the winner and place it 3rd.
Once the NYRA site provides the video, I will post head on here.
IMO, the Stews didn't rule as to placing being lost or gained, but may have decided the rider of the unofficial winner was riding in a rough or unsafe manner.
Looking for opinions.....

But if he doesn't bull out, the results are different.

I just think you can't create a hole when its not there. Now, if the winner and the 9 were the only 2 horses in the picture, i might have viewed this differently.

I agree it was unsafe and think that is the main reason for the DQ.

I had the 3 horse, so I agree 100% with the DQ.
Last time I moved up on a DQ, NIXON was president!
