That law would only apply to the current government in power. Biden is not in power yet. He is not “the government” yet you would have to wait for Biden to be sworn in to make your point.

That law does not apply to election results. Just because you tack it onto your post, doesn’t change the law.

There are other laws and constitutional directives that apply. But the law you are relying on would not apply to the incoming government.
