Belmont Wed 6-27-12

Going to give Belmont a stab today. I'll play $10 WP on my top pick and roll the pick3's for the dollar.(3X3X3=$27 for the buck). Here's the picks with pick 3 selections.

Race -1 The . Claimed 2 back and ran evenly last out. 2nd off the claim trainer hitting at 15%. Nakatani takes the mount today to boot. Takes a slight drop in class for a 38% trainer move. (3-6-1)

Race -2 The . Was bet heavily in the debut on the off going. 2nd out trainer hitting at 26% out of 66 runners. Working well since last. (4-3-6)

Race -3 The . Drops into the maiden claiming ranks today for Rice who hits at 30% with the move and another 23% when racing back after losing as the fav. Solid 2nd vs better in the mud last out. Graduation day. (10-1-4)

Race -4 The . Ran a solid 2nd 1st off the shelf for Shug who hits at 21% 2nd time out. Leparoux retains the mount on this check earner. Finally gets home 1st today. (3-8-9)

Race -5 The . Taking a stab at 10-1 on the line here. 3rd time off the shelf for Gyarmati. Went for the lead on a tiring Yld course last out. Should find firmer ground today. (3-10-4)

Race -6 The . Looked to be making a winning move when forced to alt course in last to finish 3rd. Jockey switch to Castellano today and has worked twice since last. Look for big run today. (3-6-4)

Race -7 The . Wide open race here and I'm swinging for the fence at 20-1. Ran a good 2nd in last from just off the speed going 6F. The stretchout to a mile should be right up this one's alley for trainer who hits at 22% with 2nd time routers. Bombs away!! (2-1-4)

Race -8 The Tough little stakes race here. I'm landing on the Pim invader here. Hard to ignore the Bris figs this one has shown in the last 2 events. 25% shipping trainer Salzman and Monterrey to play catch me if you can here. (6-2-4)

Race -9 The Wide open event to go home with today. 0 for 12 Maiden may have found the right spot to graduate today. Stretches back out to a route for a 17% trainer move. Somebody has to win this. (9-3-10)

Good Luck N Good Racing From The KidCapper!!

Easy winner bet down to 6-5 from a 4-1 ML. Guess I wasn't the only one who liked the . A winner to start the day nonetheless.
