FYI....... on this late scratch of the #5 in race 10 today... NYRA made the #6 the Post time favorite after the race started due to late money coming in.....#7 was being shown as the horse that would pay off with the 2,3,4,5,9 before the race started.

The #7 winning the race would create a $1 Pick 4 payoff of $153.24 for #7 and the five scratched horses.

The #6 winning the race would create a $1 Pick 4 payoff of $311.50. for himself.

Due to the late money bet, the #6 became the substituted horse for the scratched horses, not the #7... thus a drastic drop in the $1 Pick 4 payoff .... down to $114.75.
