Twitter - Bridge Jumpers
Does anybody watch every race every day? Retired or bed ridden, etc?
I would pay for someone to create a service where they would twitter bridge jumpers.
There were two tonight where the bridge jumper missed.
Mountaineer Race 6: Show prices: 12.20, 6.80, 14.20
Charlestown Race 4: 12.80, 8.60, 17.20
There was one yesterday at Belmont. But the horse barely finised third.

It is an interesting idea. I was at local Native American casino that has OTB tonight. I cashed BOTH the $12.20 & $12.80 horses -- and each actually won its respective race! My grandmother taught me to look for these betting show pools at Southland Greyhound Park in West Memphis, Arkansas in 1970s.
Several other short price winners romped home at Lone Star & Penn National. However, I had never caught two bridge jumper races, and hits, in such brief period of time. It offset my video poker losses.

It's funny you should bring this up. I remember thinking the same thing back in the autumn when there was a spate of bridgejumper activity at Mountaineer. I think whoever started a service like this might be surprised at the positive response. I know I'd sign up for it.

$75.00 a month fee. 7 day a week/all tracks in U.S. and Canada covered.
Personal notification by phone/email (your choice) at 10 mtp of potential bridge jumper. 2nd call/email at 5mtp if things change or something develops then.
Need at least 15 subscribers to make it worthwhile then it is easily done with tools I have here.
Safe day

I'm pretty sure that ATR can be configured to alert you to these situations.

Getting that many people to dole out money for a service like that could really kill alot of the value from that.
I bet bridge jumpers would LOVE for you to start such a service.

I don't watch every race everyday-----But I am Pre retired Totally Disabled--I have no problem alerting anyone to a Bridge Jumper for the sum off $0.00--
I use Twitter I have put it on there---Its just so damned tough if someone puts 40K to show 1 minute before the race--By the time its typed its C'Ya--
I Pay much closer Attention Monday thru Friday and depending on how I feel---
I am on Twitter--IONCEWAS You can see I'm a little bitter to what happened to me.Thats life.
--Whoever wants to can follow and if I see A Jumper I will do my best and post it-----Before I just PM'd some friends and tell them--Half the time-No 75% of the time they were not around---
Again no problemo for me-

There was another one day. These seem to be happening more frequently. Horse almost ran out of the money. GG - Race 8. Massone. He got 3rd, but it was a slow pace. 55K in the show pool on him.
How anyone could throw 55k on a horse to show that had never run on the turf is beyond me.

I always wonder how they get all their money down...
It can be hard enough up here to try and get a teller to sell you a $1000 voucher...
What kind of limits (if any) do the ADWs have?
...sure would be nice to know how they manage to get all that money down in seemingly one tick of the tote board?

I wonder how they even get that much cash. I doubt a banks going to say sure you want $50,000 cash today here you go. I think they would have to take out say $10,000 a day til the bank says no more. I also wonder whos taking their bets as it seems like a lot of times the show bets come in all at once rather then someone getting to the track early and punching in show bets.

Why would it make a difference to them one way or the other? They're either going to get their $2.10 or tap out, regardless of what anyone else is doing.
