Of course...  maintenance of software
smack dab in the middle of the day...just when racing programs begin.
So, if use Twinspires programs...too bad.
Companies I've worked for do "maintenance" late at night.

This also applies to Keenelandselect.com, which runs on the TwinSpires interface...and utilizes Brisnet products.

"Maintenance" is about as honest as when CDI bought Arlington Park with the promise of great racing once they got a casino license. That company can't tell the truth about the sun rising in the East. Nobody runs maintenance in the middle of a Saratoga race day. Something is broken. Why can't they just say so?

And, how can they "anticipate returning to full service shortly"...when they have been "totally out of service" for hours now?

The message was probably pre-programmed to appear anytime they are down. My guess is they are unable to change the message because... the site is down.

Our vendor continues to work on the issue. They did maintenance this morning. We were never notified until it was done. And it resulted in dire being down. We are as furious as our bettors are. We are hearing it will be up shortly. We apologize.

They were down overnight and came up at 8 am eastern then went down about 11 am. They don't have a clue as to when they will be back up/ You can still wager by phone if you wish.
