stuck in the house? shelter in place?

OK, I'm going a little stir crazy so I started using Google Earth and/or Maps (and Street View) to 'fly' around the globe looking at race tracks everywhere.

Some pretty interesting looking ones out there, in interesting locations.

My current favorite is Australia. Someone shared with me this map of all tracks throughout the country (AUS). The bush tracks are sort of fascinating. ALso, several of them include photos of the inside of the facility.

You may not be able to come back.

My granddaughter just back yesterday from Australia. She was doing a semester at University of Sydney (loved it). United Airlines informed her there would be no more returning flights come Monday.

I used to use Google Maps all the time when I traveled a lot for work.
I had actual photos of the place I was looking for, parking nearby, restaurants close by.....great tool.

Now I use it just to go see places the street level view is awesome. Can get lost in that at might sometimes.

YouTube also a wealth of entertainment, music, funny stuff, even learning a few things.

Be careful of the “no sleep rabbit hole”

You start watching a video about midnight and the next thing you know the sun is peeking thru your window

Here's one of my favorite YouTube rabbit holes to go down. Dash cam videos of people driving around Europe. Here's Italy to Germany. Never been to Europe, I could watch these for hours.
