Anyone who doubts trump is a real estate genius needs only to read this board. He's living rent free in people's heads. I can name about twelve posters here that he dominates every thought they offer.

It's strange that you haven't been able to also recognize the "real estate genius" of Obama...who has been able to reside rent free in the heads of MORE than twelve posters...even though he has been out of a job for more than two years.

One of the greatest gifts the world has ever given me, is the ability to enjoy the hysterical theatrics of yet another person going apeshit due to Trump being in the White House.
It's a gift that keeps on giving and giving and giving and giving.
Hcap is the shining example of this in off-topic, but there are millions of other examples, on TV, elsewhere on the interwebs, in real life...you name it.
My dance for joy on election night (yes, it really happened...ask someone who was there) wasn't just for Hillary losing...it was for the pure entertainment I'd be given day after day for as long as Trump remains POTUS.
