I can understand them voting with their wallet, they must be torn since they are UAW workers. The lady that runs the post office I use the most is a Republican, that is a shocker. I would say my first two votes for president, Reagan was definitely a vote for the wallet. All but one of the machine shops I worked at had customers in the defense industry. Other than mine I think I worked at 8 of them. I thought it was odd that ITT would always mention they had 900 parts on the Challenger. The Challenger Space Shuttle blew up and 7 people died. I did not make any of them as I got there in 1987, not 1986.

That’s some auto worker who thinks electric cars don’t need engines.

Over the last 18 months, employment at auto plants has averaged 1,037,000 jobs a month. That average is higher than the highest single month number of jobs over the previous 15 plus years. All the way back to 2006. Perhaps you could provide us the names of those two plants that closed, because there are still four plants operating in Macomb county which employ 76,000 people.

No, it won’t. Michigan will be called for Biden within two hours of the last poll closing. The thirteen percent that voted non committed are not going to vote for Trump. Nor will they stay home.

i don't know which way autoworkers voted, what i do know is this looked on the surface like a very tough day for Biden with the type of votes that came out in Michigan and Robert Kennedy getting on the ballot in Arizona and Georgia, but the lines didn't move one inch from yesterday.

i couldn't pick the winner to this election in a million years. i couldn't even tell you who is going to be on the final ballot so far. at the moment, i don't think Biden will be on it judging by the head to head lines and comparing it to the generic lines.

I'm not either.

This should be interesting.

Not a valid comparison.
Them flyin' machines had only technology to over come.
EV's need a MASSIVE infrastruvture IN PLACE.

That will not happen in our lifetime.
We do not have the capacity to support the electricit demands we have today
let alone adding chargers.

And cost will not come down without nolume, which is already being cutback.

Auto workers understand we NEED to continue using oil based energy.
