Pinnacle

My friend took Pinnacle for a half decent sum of money recently betting on ponies.

I didn't say anything until he got the dough from them. But here is the email he received:

Dear Sir,

This email is to advise that Pinnacle Sports is no longer able to accept your horse wagers. This is a decision made by our Horse Department and if there are changes in the future, we will notify you.

You may, of course, continue to make sports wagers, or visit our Casino.

Regards,

Customer Service Department
Pinnacle Sports

Wow. Pinnacle is "losers only" now?

Why shouldn't they be "losers only?" After all, that is what they do. That is their business model.

Actually, they are doing the same thing we are all trying to do: maximize the winning and minimize the losing.

Yeah, I am aware that you can make more money that way. I'm sure Twin Spires would like to be "losers only" too. I thought they were "managing" winning players, not sending them packing. I didn't lose and I didn't get shut off there until they shut all US citizens down. Or, so they said!

Hopefully, that means they lost their access to the pools. Keeping the losers and dumping the winners into the pools is the worst possible scenario.

I sure hope they collapse. Another parasite in a long line of them. They are not doing the same thing we are.

Twin Spires is booking bets?

Unless they are, I'd assume they'd want all their players to be winners, so they'd have more money in their accounts with which to bet.

Yeah I didn't understand that whole thing either.
