Rip off and or scam
My tablet has been acting very weird. I figured i must have picked up some kind of a virus. No problem I just did a full reset. I whipped out everything but its fine. I just use it to read Paceadvantage, Pace and Cap Fox News and Facebook. Everything is zipping along now.
Until this morning, Late last night I sent a friend of a friend a private message.

Today I see she replied. But when I went to read it, a pop-up add/app asked me to upgrade to Messenger with video and text?
I figured it would be fun to send videos to my facebook friends so I clicked
"install"
The problem is when Messenger asked me to enter my user name and password It keeps saying the username and or password is incorrect.
This s BS. First of all my facebook username and password is so easy for me to remember, It is the user name and password I set up and have been using since the very early days of AOL. I can still remember the little running character as the modem connected to AOL
I am sure I typed it correctly as the username shows. After a few tries,
I clicked the option "show password" sure enough it was correct but Facebook messenger says no. still incorrect. I then clicked "forgot password"
Now nothing happens to retrieve or even know if it went to the people at Facebook.
I know that messenger worked after the reset cause I sent my friend the message last night. But now I can not read her reply cause facebook messenger will not let me go back to the old messenger I just used last night
I wonder if this is a scam to get peoples User name and password
