No one knows who tomorrow’s target will be, since the precedent will ”lie around like a loaded weapon,” to be misused by any ambitious prosecutor in a partisan manner.

As far as who to vote for everyone's #1 priority should be electing the person who can stop the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Of course stop it with out spending any more of our money. Every body is paying for this war twice over, through tax dollars and increased costs of goods that uses any materials where Russia has a market share. Handing Ukraine money is a 100% loss.
Of course a Democrat is always going to be a bad choice in these times as they are overly focused on problems that don't exist, because they made them up, like voter suppression, or problems that effect very few people like trans rights, and so called "systematic" racism.

Looks like it is woke, soft on crime POS DA Alvin Bragg, that is going to bring charges against Trump. He is the same a-hole that originally charged that bodega worker with murder for stabbing a guy that came behind the counter and attacked him. Until this country is rid of the Democrat mayor-DA combo in large cities violent crime will thrive.

Actually it's a grand jury (after consideration of evidence and testimony), that recommends whether an individual should be indicted or not. The DA follows their lead.
