I have to admit to not really understanding the screengrabs you post without explanation but for what I've gathered your method relies on some combination of board odds, ML, and will-pays?
I have to imagine that one confounding factor would be late money and your ability to lock your bets and get them in before the bell rings--and the gap of time after that before final pools are known?

for study purposes only
new proposition bet offering
you pick the top horse in the exacta, i tell you how much to bet in the exacta for each selected place horse.
if your horse wins at odds of say 5-1 I play you 5 X 15% , or $ 5.75-1 odds, now if your exacta play returns more than $5.57 -1 odds you pay me the difference
lets see how that works out..

Would you be willing to take a moment and explain one of the charts you're posting? Like literally exactly what each column/row represents.
edited to add that I do see in your most recent chart that you at least added the notes at the bottom identifying TOTAL BET and TOTAL RETURN.
