Winmore
Hi Greg
The image I posted showed 6 losses in a row and then 2 more mixed in with the winners. It shows an increase in the amount wagered that became less as the number of losses in a row increased, that is what I wanted to happen.
The main thing is I accomplished wagering more on average on the winners than I wagered on the losers and the largest amount wagered was reasonable. Once I hit a winner that paid enough in odds to one that was greater than the number in the WOD column I was ahead and the progression started over.
I will send you a copy of a chart that is used to teach the method in a little bit, I need to scan it first. It illustrates the method having a run of 40 loses in a row and still coming out ahead.

Winmore Chart
Hi Greg
I hope I attached this chart properly. Because I was able to attach an image once doesn't mean I can do it twice!

Thanks...I'd like to take a look at it. Was looking around the internet for wagering methods, and found a site that is actually for roulette-but some wagering schemes can be adapted to horse betting. The site seems to be down right now, though.

The good old days! I remember when he first came to The DN and redesigned the whole racing page. I used to cut it out every day and save it for the charts with beaten lengths. When the truck didn't show up on snowy days,PANIC set in!

GPX BTR spot play
Bet The Rent
Horse name GUMP
Notes RTW GPX
Activity date 01-12-2022
Track Gulfstream Park
Surface Dirt
Distance 1 Mile
Race number 8
Claim price $40,000
Race type Starter Allowance
Post position 5
Jockey Alvarado J
Morning line 15-1
Before that race goes...here is the Cramer "MAIDEN DROPDOWN"
I once read that this particular spot play has shown a profit for the
last twenty years...probably should also point out I read that report about two decades ago. Believe it's still long-haul profitable, but the losing streaks can burn through and discourage an under-funded horseplayer's bank.
1ST CANAAN 5-1
3RD TINKER TAILER 12-1
Good luck,
-NCG

BLM spot play
BLM is "Bet Lotta Money"
Race 5 NO PASA NADA ML 5-1 Wade/Buechler
comment: "sitting on a win"
Think I may start a "Wolson" type of daily play, but it may take a year to get to 500 selections. I wouldn't be able to post every day, either. I've done a couple 100 play tests on this forum -both profitable- but 500 plays is what made Steve a legend, here.
Was looking at some older threads during the time he ran that demonstration--unbelievably some posters still had complaints. LOL one guy said his method was crap--AFTER he posted the 500 spot-play test
AQ 4TH STEPPIN' HAWK 10-1
CTX 1ST WORLD OF FOOLS 9/5
GPX 1ST BOURBON OVER ICE 4-1
SAM 3RD LOTS OF GOLD 6-1
TUP 2ND ROCKIN JO KOOL 8-1
Good Luck,

DD 4TH MISS MESS 7/2, took a big odds drop when the gate opened, somebody's betting your spot plays.
