I suppose I received $5 worth of entertainment with that parlay...didn't win any money though.
I got a message from microsoft telling me my computer wasn't sufficient to run the new Windows 11. My only question was..."Do I HAVE to upgrade to 11--I can just keep using Windows 10, right?"
Their answer:
"Yes! Windows 10 continues to be a great version of Windows. We have committed to supporting Windows 10 through October 14, 2025."
Great! Now maybe I won't have to deal with all the insufferable updates. In 4 years I'll be due for a new computer.
As Mr Burns says:

On a side note...I prefer McDonald's coffee over that lizard-spit they sell at Starbucks. Even gas station coffee is better.

All the "drugs" I can see are Apple Cider Vinegar (pills/gummies) as well as some TheraBreath Dry mouth lozenges and near the Apple Cider not sure if it's some Blueberry pill-like thing for your eyes? Not sure but I think you are safe Greg

What is this...take a shot at ol' NorCal day?
Anyhoo, back to the races...
Was just looking at the lineup at Parx tomorrow, and happened to see a horse I've been waiting for. I'm talking "bet the mortgage" time:
PARX Race 3 #2 DUSTWHIRL WONDER ML 6-1
**if you're gonna bet your mortgage cuz' some fool on the internet told you to...chances are you won't be living there long, anyway

You know I love you buddy.....
Interesting horse....
Pino claim....Silvera road 2 others -chose this one
The only thing questionable is distance.....sprint to route
horse tried 3 times in 36 races but Pino is good with stretchouts
He should close on these from the back but Parx was OK yesterday with closers
7 -1 and over for me
Mike

hot list mvr 11-16
Would be great if DUSTWHIRL went off at 7-1...probably won't happen, though. This one has the look of the horse that goes into the gate @ 3-1...rounding the turn she's suddenly 8/5.
You all remember a couple years back--the MVR HOT LIST was nailing longshots regularly?
Let's see if lightning can strike today:

That TUFFIAN in the last race @ 10-1...has appeared on several spot plays. (just something I noticed)
Good luck

Yeah, Conley...those "all-1" horses win just under 50%...but they're obvious to everyone--and will surely be odds-on. I like to key one of those with the 3 contenders in connecting races--and make a p-3 or p-4. Only problem with that today @ MVR...the connecting races over and under that one--each have a "60" pt horse. Unless you want to live dangerously and bet $100 on a cold pick-3...there's no value there, really at any price.

I'll be shoving off for Reno tomorrow for my bi-monthly ("bi-monthly" means every-other month, right?) gambling junket, courtesy of Caesar's Resorts.
If you need to get ahold of me...I check in under an assumed name--so call the Legacy in Reno, ask them to page "Lesco Brandon".
