Best song ever
We've got a thread for the worst song ever...and I'd like to introduce one for our all-time FAVORITE song. I know that it's hard to pick just one...but think about the song that you'd most like to crank up on your car stereo as you are driving during a long and lonely ride. Here is mine:

Nice, didn't think you were a SRV and DT fan, absolutely fantastic song but alas not even the best song on the album:

Okay...one more
This song didn't make it on any Dire Straits release...but I watched them perform it live during their last Chicago tour:

There are so many great entertainers who have given us such "their all", how can we just post one?

You'll never convince me a better song exists or a better sung song exists.
This is the greatest song of all time. You can't help but smile, tip a toe, and feel great about anything and everything.
This, is the greatest of all time.

Bruddah Iz was well known on the islands. Another great island sound is from a group called Hapa.

Just close your eyes and imagine sitting on the beach in Hawaii.

But, for a song that hits home the most, and is me the most?
