This next one has been cued up to the best part...although the first 4 minutes where Sen. Kennedy recites case after case where this guy has been reversed is almost mesmerizing LMAO
But really, you only need to watch the last minute or so (again, video is cued up already to that part) to fully grasp the quality that is Mushroom Soup-brains nominees to the courts and other institutions in this once great nation:
Guess what...Brady Motion has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment...
Quote:
The motion, enshrined in the landmark Supreme Court ruling in Brady v. Maryland, is a request by a defendant to compel prosecutors in a criminal case to turn over potentially favorable evidence.
“I believe that the Brady case involved something regarding the Second Amendment,” Crews said. “I have not had an occasion to address that.”

The Briben Administration does not deep drive into any of their nomination. First bullet point notes. "White hetro males are not to be consider at all". Performance, experience and knowledge is trumped by appearances and pronouns. And if you attempt to venture beyond that... well your a racist, anti gender bending bigot.

Where does Joe Biden get these people? Not only are they 100% unqualified for their job, they don't even seem to have the common knowledge that would apply to the job an average Joe would have. They even seem to lack the aptitude to understand the specifics they will run across in the job.
If a person has an aptitude they can learn and at least somewhat understand
who to trust and who to not when it comes to soliciting information. All the Biden people I see are 100% lost.
There needs to be some minimum standards set for political appointees of all parties. Having people in power regulating what they don't understand is a recipe for disaster. Having an average of 1,000 train wrecks a year is a miserable failure, and that is on both parties.
Since they don't get the coverage of plane crashes I had no idea we average almost 3 train crashes a day.

I'll just say this...it's a good thing "the adults are back in charge."
That's what they said when Biden became president.
It really shows in the above nominees.

The FAA administrator oversees the variety of matters the agency is responsible for in regulating U.S. airspace and reports to the secretary of transportation. The FAA currently regulates commercial airspace and aviation safety, operates air traffic control, and researches and develops aviation solutions
My source on the above is the Washington Examiner.
He would report to Mayor Pete, isn't that a laugh. Due to your lack of exposure Cliffy, you are obviously unaware the pit falls of someone running any entity where they have zero understanding of the basics
of what they are administrating. Such a person often has no clue if their subordinates are competent and performing at an acceptable level.
The latest shining example is the NTSB blaming the East Palestine train derailment on wheel bearing failure. Tanker and freight cars do not have wheel bearings, who the hell passed that on? The board of the NTSB should
at least have someone on it that played with a train set as a kid. Both parties need to stop appointing people that don't have basic knowledge of what they are overseeing.

Seriously? I would think the average person would at least be able to give a reason on what would stall a plane, maybe I am wrong.

Crews was reversed 18 times in over 1500 cases. That’s less than 1.2%. By comparison Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown has been reversed 2% of the time, which is considered outstanding.
Here’s another actual fact. Since 2007, the Supreme Court has issued 66 opinions. 54 of those reversed a lower court. 12 upheld them.

The key word is oversees. The Federal government isn’t some podunk machine shop in backwoods Virginia. Despite what you think or don’t think, Secretary Buttigieg is highly competent.

I could really care less about the Brady motion because I know that no judge would ever make a ruling without checking and double checking the law. Besides, if a Brady motion did come before Judge Crews, the facts of the case would tell him what it was about-what the lawyer was asking for.
