Actually yes to your question. They are being trained for the protests planned for the Democrat Convention in Chicago later this summer. I heard it on the news not more than 30 minutes ago.

yes, and already getting practice closing down roads like the one going to the airport. 
I wonder if the funding is coming from a government funded NGO to spread 'peace and prosperity' to the world

Well, the anti-Israel crowd is shutting down the Golden Gate bridge today too. They should take a few tractor trailers across the bridge at high speed. That would be the last protest of its kind.
But Slow Joe will wait until this is happening 20-30 times a day before telling them DON'T. Then the next day we will be at 40 protests.
