Rain and its affecting predicting outcomes

Does anyone else have problems with the picks once the rains come?

Seems no matter the breed (dogs, flats or harness) when it rains, I end up the track with my picks.

I tried checking the weather reports and adjust my handicapping only to see the front moved either too slow or too fast to affect the racing surface.

I either skip sloppy days or tread VERY carefully. My play goes way down when its wet.

As a rule NO BETS on off tracks. There are enough variables present in horse races without adding another significant one I PASS!
