1994 - Joe Biden helps pass legislation that is significantly unfair to Black Americans.
2009-20017 Barack Obama and Joe Biden witness numerous race riots and civil unrest across the nations - fail to do anything. Even during the two years they had both houses of congress on their side.
2017 - 2020 - Record employment for minorities under Trump
2019 - Massive law enforcement reform bill passed under Trump. Benefits Black Americans.
2020 - Joe Biden (again!) looking for 55 more years.
Yeah, if Black America is in such bad shape, look at the Democrats for the reason why.
