Amendment 9 to the constitution says that "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Let me ask you. Is an abortion after 12weeks of pregnancy considered the murder of a human being? Should a 13-year old girl pregnant as a result of rape by her father be disallowed an abortion? Is there an immorality about that?

Abortion is not against the law, nor is homosexuality. But if God decides to put them on the stairway to damnation, the problem is handled. It may piss you off, but I think you believe in a God that would oppose abortion or homosexuality. C'mon, chill out and give the big guy a chance to do his job.

Right to Life implies there is a viable fetus (23 weeks or more). Right of Choice means it's a woman's body and she can decide whether to potentially be judged as immoral. I can wish there were no abortions. Doesn't do much good. I can oppose abortion on demand but then I would be saying I have the right to control the bodies of women.

As a clarification, regardless of the number of pregnancies by rape or incest, a decision to abort within the time period stated in the law. Touchy subject.
