Dilligent Gambler goes for 10th win

5th race Thursday at the Big A...tough race...DG has to run his best to beat the speed horse who might wire the field! But if he wins, he'll be the only horse in America with 10 wins in 2004!

Anybody who is there live is welcome to come to the pre-race paddock saddling as my guest!

I thought he was going to go in a NW1X going long. At this time of year, the 3YO 50K horses are probably better than the NW1X crowd. Looks like Fire Hero scratched out of yesterday's race to go there. In any event, good luck.

Storm -- good luck, but I don't like his chances, there's 5 equal or better horses in that field that he has to beat imo.

If CHELYAN can rough-up COINED FOR SUCCESS and your guy stays covered up and makes one run anything is possible.

Anyways-great claim and continued success

Stupid Question?

I never got to know any connections at Northern Ca where I live, so this may be a stupid question, but-- is there any special privileges for a paddock guest? Thanks!

*****GO GAMBLER GO*******

Hi Ron

Way to go with Diligent Gambler....You are the epitome of class.l

I appreciate the way you took us into workouts when we were

at Saratoga...You deserve great success because I know you

are constantly striving to achieve excellence. By the way how

is the project going with treating the horse injuries with

modern technology going -- I have not heard anything more

about it....any successes you could tell us about ? In any

case please accept my congratulations and best wishes for

a great claim....10 wins would be a great picture to hang on the

wall....

Have a nice Thursday --------- --------- --------

Absolutely. Just a little more than a length out, hit the board again and you kept him which may be the best part of all.

They can't possibly have wanted to keep him. When the clock strikes twelve on December 31st and he turns 4 he's worth a lot less money. The name of the game is making money and moving forward. There was little to no chance he would have been claimed, but if he had been, I'm guessing the champagne would have been flowing.
