The Bris PPs have a lot of interesting data.

I wonder how the speed figures compare to Beyer, Timeform and others.

The Class Ratings also look like they might be interesting.

If you want to convert BRIS to Beyer, check out this thread.....2007

http://www.paceadvantage.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=36956

Beyer = (Bris – 41.1) / .612, or
Bris = .612 x Beyer + 41.1.

I used these back in the old PaceFigures days. I have no idea if they still work.

Using them, a 113 BRIS = a 117 Beyer and a 117 Beyer = 113. Looks like they agree if the conversion still works.

The Race Rating number ( on the left) has been more useful to me - a 1 point difference is significant.

This is a Beyer to BRIS chart I have used in the past - the 80 Beyer = 90 BRIS is really what Quirin called a 100. BRIS says 88 is the 10K par, but my DB say it is more like 90 nowadays.

They are still pretty good conversions to get in the ballpark.

Thanks.

Not that I'm interested in changing PPs, but I was surprised by how much good information they are attempting to provide.

I think the best part is the jockey and trainer stats in the Ultimate PPs.
The sire and damn stats are pretty much essential for me to do a MSW race.

Once I got used to Brisnet PP's I never looked back. They provide far more in depth information in my opinion. Especially when it comes to sites and the breeding for maiden races. The maiden breeding information provided has led me to some major wins this last year. And the best part being they are ultimately free which is a added bonus.
