Whats Going on at Santa Anita

We spoke with Chris Merz, the racing director at Santa Anita and he gave us some insight as to how Santa Anita was able to open back up and how now Santa Anita is setting an example for the logistics of sports amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Do you think we are getting closer to having fans at the bigger tracks soon? I know Churchill is really wanted to have fans at the Derby, but is that possible?

Yes it’s possible.

There are thousands protesting/rioting/looting currently across the nation.

I think you can open up the tracks now. Any so called advance against COVID has been lost now. If you believe that crap post April 15th. End the the charades and open up the country.
