it is the same as agriculture diesel - road diesel with a red dye because it does not have to pay for road taxes. There is most heavy usage in agriculture in planting and harvesting season which is not during the time of heating fuel oil usage for the places that use it. SB 145 was passed and signed into law in September 2020 and you’re first complaining about it now?

And of course you have misinterpreted it. The law applied to heterosexual intercourse always left registration to the discretion of the judge. It was only when oral or anal sex or digital penetration was involved that registration was automatic. The law as previously enforced discriminated against gay people. You also failed to mention that it does not apply to minors under the age of 14. It only applies to consensual sex, not rape.

SB 145 is supported by law enforcement, survivors’ advocates and civil rights groups. The bill is cosponsored by Los Angeles District Attorneys and Equality California. It is also supported by California Coalition Against Sexual Assault, California Police Chiefs Association, California District Attorneys Association, the Anti-Defamation League, Human Rights Campaign, the ACLU, and Children Now.

SB 145 DOES NOT legalize or weaken the penalties for any conduct. These offenses remain crimes punishable by law, and a judge can still CHOOSE to put the older party on the registry if the case warrants it. Just like a judge can do with an offense involving penile-vaginal intercourse.

Thru the southern border, but not carried by illegals. Synthetic opioids enter the US in private cars and semi trailers carrying legal cargo.; mixed in among various items. These might be childrens toys, Legos, auto parts or even watermelons. There may be occasional mule crossing the border on foot, but why take a chance of that person being picked up by the Border Patrol. Especially since the Cartels have no control over these people and what they do once they enter the country. Much better to a few pounds in a semi. 10 grams of Fentanyl on the street brings in $1,500 to $2,000 dollars.I looked it up.

My wife bought this at Costco today for a dinner with friends.

Because it is missing the most wonderful "cap," it is cheaper than prime rib. This cut is the cheapest of the prime rib's at Costco in the Prime category.

They also sell Choice beef, which was a couple $$ cheaper, but has been a big disappointment in the last year or so.
