mRNA is was and never will be DNA

Not sure how much credence you can give an article that can't get basic facts correct. Gibralter is not a country, it is a British Overseas Territory. They voted in the brexit referendum (96% in favour of remain) and left the EU when the UK did. It's citizens have British passports.
