Had to laugh after reading the article, where it cites Allentown and Reading, Pa. I asked my Dad over 50 years ago, what Reading was like, as he worked all over the state. He told me Reading is the most corrupt town in the state, but Scranton would give it a run for its money. Of course, Scranton is a little over an hour away from Allentown.
