Hitler was a lunatic. Plain. Simple. And highly accurate.

Hitler did not want everybody to be German. He wanted everybody to be ruled by Germans. That is nationalism, not globalism.

You and I agree on nothing politically... but yeah... this stuff is so wrong its amazing.
Step 1: Invade Russia/Poland.
Step 2: Take Russian/Polish Farmland.
Step 3: Murder all the Russians/Poles.
Step 4: Give Farmland to Germans.
Step 5: Globalist Utopia!!!
It's literally the "I'm rubber, you're glue" defense of projecting.

I think globalism is anathema to most of the people on the right. It's sort of like taxes. Why should I pay so much in taxes just because I have a lot of money? Strangely enough, that argument worked.
Frankly, and this is just my opinion, I think participating in the global economy is inevitable. Certainly not in 2019, but at some point in the not too distant future.
Why don't we just put all those refugees to work rebuilding our infrastructure at fire sale prices?

Looks at tax code, sees the rich DO PAY more than the non-rich, shakes head and wonders how the above post gets made.

BBTW, I would have been one of those "very fine people" at Charlottesville that day. I would have been against destroying an historical landmark, which is what I took Trump's comment to mean...nothing more, nothing less.
You're trying to twist Owens' comments about Hitler in the same way.

Hi there Margie Rose,
Just wanted to jump in there and say I am more of a opportunist than a nationalist, and I think President Donald J. Trump is as well. Not going into all the facets but think a opportunist would say to anyone "I am not picking up your tab like the last guy did". A nationalist would say to everyone "I am taking over your health care", nationalist are closer to socialist. My Point is opportunist's need no color so why mention that, opportunist's are more middle of the road like where most of us really park you know. Hitler is dead so any comparisons are better left out, I think that is your position and I agree with.
We can easily think we are more nationalist after shoveling shit against a liberal tide for a number of years, but are we really. Super rebuttals by the way, holding your own nicely.

Don't you read the papers?
Here's a good one from the Center for American Progress:
Donald Trump ran in 2016 promising that every American would receive a tax cut. But he has already raised taxes on an estimated 10 million families, according to a new analysis.
How about this from New York Magazine:
"As of March 29, total tax refunds were about $6 billion lower than over the same period in 2018."
From Bloomberg:
'Distribution of Trump Tax Cuts Favors Wealthiest
On average, in 2018, taxes declined for everyone, but top groups got the biggest benefit"
ON A PERCENTAGE BASIS THE RICH WOUND UP WITH A BIGGER TAX CUT THAN LOWER CLASSES. In actual dollars the rich may pay more, but the way the law was structured the rich made out better on a percentage basis. I thought everyone knew that.

No, it is not.
Maybe only your ears can hear it.

One other thing. Of all my acquaintances, none paid less in taxes this year and a number paid more. Anecdotal but sounded like a pattern to me.

And many had less taken out every week all year long, too.

I paid half of what I’ve been paying. As an S Corp we did very well. I’m very happy with my first year as a small business

Shameless and calculated pandering by the reprehensible Hillary. But Candace's attack struck me as distastefully over-the-top, defied logic on at least one point, and teetered dangerously close to race-baiting.
You guys can have them both. My fairway is open.

You truly are a good little Democrat.
You have all the talking points down pat.
You even brought forth the "dog whistle" in this one.
If you were a Republican, your kind would call you a racist for defaming anything Candice Owens says.
But hey, she is just an "Uncle Tom", amirite?
Its all cool though. Keep up with being the good little Democrat you are and labeling people. It is what you all do best.

Interesting...
I was able to give a rational explanation to those quoted points above in follow-up posts. I didn't insult anyone and even provided examples where leftist thinking led to massive atrocities on scale, or even exceeding those, of the far-right. Hell, I gave Pol Pot to the left...
Moreover, I didn't label anyone. I just provided points and the occasional counterpoint that have still been completely ignored. Even you chose to ignore them... but we'll get to you in a moment.
Somehow you managed to avoid all of those as well as the content of anything I posted to lob some attacks about me personally.
What I posted is fact. What Candace Owens spews is propaganda...
I don't really blame her though; she's young, articulate, and hot.
Its just not factual in any way whatsoever but when you're running a con on people facts don't really matter and with marks like you I imagine its really lucrative for her.
