What the J6 mob did was wrong but the governments reaction from A-Z was 10x worse. I don't remember where I saw it but I found a list of J6 crimes with the plea deals.



It seemed the average sentence for flag pole possessors was 4 years. How in the world did an attorney let their client get 4 years for possession of a "dangerous and deadly weapon"? The weapon was a cheap flag pole. I am sure this is the first time a flag pole was called a deadly weapon.


Obviously what is considered a weapon these days depends on the possessor and the location.

If he had a role in promoting the riot, he deserves some jail time, but then so does BLM, ANTIFA and the FBI for their role in things like this.

It is not fair if the authorities set the rules depending on the participants. BLM quickly learned burning things was a low level crime, many were not punished for it. Even setting police cars on fire was a 15 month sentence.
I am sure no one on J6 figured they would get hit with a deadly weapon charge for having a flag pole.

It HAS TO BE gutted.

Crimes deserve punishment, but using the justice system to selectively punish political enemies with extreme sentences while allowing political allies to walk free is more significant criminal behavior than the crimes we are taking about.
