Mohawk Fair Oddsline for NA Cup Day

Going to put up the first 12 races now will come back with the last 3 races when I have finished capping them. Reminder, mandatory payout in the super high 5 in race 15.

In case anyone is interested in general I will play horses up to about 20-1 my line, above that I would not suggest other than fillers in exotics. For clarification this is not a prediction of what I think the horses will go off at, this is my opinion of each horses chances based off of my handicapping. Any horse with an X next to his line I will not bet at any price.

Here Goes:

Race 1) No line here. Modern Reflection looks very strong here to me. Major Hill is in awful form(3 h trip and empty as 1-1 favorite last out). For 2nd Money have to like Jake Loewen who ran well 2 back and last start made little impact but he was parked at a ½ mile track going into a fast last half. After that take a look at the 1-2-4-9.

Time to take a dinner break. No knocks against your 2/5 favorite and if he loses likely either the 2 or 4 to get the job done. No value, no interest.

Race 15 is too hard to get a feel for but given that it is the high 5 giveaway I will talk about it

The 2 best horses currently look to be Cool Rock and Rock this Way. Both Typically come from off the pace. Machal Jordan could be a little sneaky. Just draw a line through any race this guy draws the outside(6/9 and 5/12) as it is always an exercise run when he draws way outside. 2 back he was a long 1st over against better and ran fine. 3 back was very solid at this level. Definitely consider him solid in here. Dreamfair BJ is interesting. Been mostly in the nw ranks and then caught a weak nw4000 l5 field in last that he crushed when super live on board. Takes a big jump up in class but nw horses generally do fairly well in these nw of x dollar races. He has speed and this races does not have much speed. The 2 best speed horses are stuck in the 2nd tier. Think he is a must use. Avalanche Hanover is solid right now. Regal Son is a rock solid fit if he leaves. I think these are your main contenders 1-2-3-5-7-8 in no particular order. Of the others Dreamy Fellas is best of rest but do not see how he gets into the race. Magnum J came back ordinary and drawn behind Cool Rock don’t see how he gets in the race. Thorn on you Side at least can race from off the pace, but steps up and has a lot of work to do. Think on it is off of a layoff and wasn’t racing well at that point. On his best day he fits, though.
