ROYAL MO

what a terrible ride he just got in the Santa Anita Derby. all he has to do is take back and sit behind the other 2 horses and he would have won the race by a pole.

Stevens told Zoe Cadman he was sending from the outside under instructions.

Imo when you are the 13 in a field of 13 it would be a bad move to give the horse too many instructions in the first 1/4 mile. You have to send to clear all you can and hope for the best. He'll get a draw one of these days.

Tough race.

If I was backing the I wouldn't be happy either.

He was the by far the best horse in that race.

Being the best of a bunch of dog biscuits isn't exactly impressive.

If its in the KY Derby field I think it was a very good prep, especially if it takes back a bit in that race.

I also noticed that G.Stevens lost the whip.

Looks like John Sherriffs has a couple of nice runners. (Does anyone remember Giacomo?)
