The Constitution is not case law. Case law by definition is a legal decision that was adjudicated by judicial sentence in a court of law.

Is this one of those times where the Constitution isn't convenient so it should be ignored?
In Michigan we expanded voting via ballot proposal in 2018. It wasn't close either with 66% approving it and amending our state Constitution.

No there are only two $64 questions for you.
When the electoral college votes later today, will you leave as you agreed?
And if the Supreme court dismisses the disastrous lunatic Paxton lawsuit, what will be your next set of excuses you will use to welsh on our bet?

It ain't over until inauguration day. That is the only day set in stone.
As stated previously, to Light-in-the-loafers, as big as this pending Supreme Court decision is , I have reason to believe this is not Trump's biggest canon.

So, you followed the state constitution? Election law in MI needs to passed by the amendment process? If so, what's your point? What do you have to worry about?

No, you yourself said when the electors vote. I felt sorry for you and extended it to January 6th—Congress counts the electoral votes.
I no longer feel sorry for you
It is over and so are you.

He is being flushed. But some of you will not let him go
Maybe we should call Roto-Rooter?

You need to improve your reading comp skills. I haven't argued anything. Hcap is totrally obsessed with the "virtual" bet, believing even that BiteMe is truly the president-elect. Believing that the election results are official because the "expert class" in the lamestream media declared him the winner, etc.

I mean, on a board geared towards a sport that revolves around betting, not honoring one's bet, virtual or not, is pretty awful....

Actually that is "old" news. But the good news is that someone in the lamestream media actually reported on it.

Did they also approve accepting ballots after election day without verifying signatures on ballots or checking citizenship, whether still alive, or how many times a person voted?
in other words, all votes from anyone at anytime?

I love how you sprinkle in one little fact with all the lies.
Its nice technique.
Short answer: Yep.
