Have they yet announced whether purses for this next few weeks will be left at CD levels, or will they revert to Ellis standards?

Will stakes schedule be left as is? Will track announcer and talking heads be imported from CD, or will the Ellis contingent step in?

I read a post on Twitter which stated they are using the same CD condition book so assume purses will remain the same.

That said, I think CDI has reacted to the protests and negativity on social media by trying to play CYA.
Again, pure speculation.
About $8.50 (down 6%) has come off the stock price since they announced the move to ELP for the rest of the meet. I agree that it could be the public perception that CDI management is worried about, and they are stuck in "we did everything we could" mode right now.

Moving the meet of course should reduce the number of horse deaths on the CD surfaces. As in completely eliminate them. So, there's that.

These 3 races had stakes nominations published for CD. They are now republished as ELP races, with 2 of them having a date change.
  • The Mighty Beau
  • The Leslie's Lady Overnight Stakes
  • The Matt Winn

Because a track needs entries for races.
Nothing for either track, and nothing for a combo track.

I just checked EB and they have CD listed.....strange.

It's Tuesday. The first day there is Saturday. Most tracks, including Churchill, draw Saturday on Wednesday.

Well, EB has entries for 6/7, and there PPs for 6/7 out there.

No Enhanced Entries for 6/7 at DRF either.

CD 3rd 6/7
