Had a nice card lined up for tonight then the scratch man cometh. Race 5 four scratches now a three horse field (I can give you a good tri horse ). Race 6 two scratches, now a five horse field. Race 7 three scratches but still a nine horse field. Race 8 (Cornhusker handicap) only one scratch, now a ten horse field. Race 9 two scratches now a 6 horse field.
All stakes pick 4 starts race 5 w/a 3 horse field
All these scratches have to hurt a small tracks handle like PRM on their biggest day.

Once we get in to the meat of the card I am going to try to pick a few winners and post in this thread. My luck in Iowa includes food poisoning and getting my foot run over.
