Trump says there will be a truly great health care plan for everyone. After he is reelected. After the Senate comes up with a plan that doesn't exist yet. After the GOP takes back the House.

When I had a really deep tan, I was stopped a number of times by Immigration when I flew from border airports. They wander everywhere in the border towns. You couldn't walk a few blocks around downtown El Paso without running into ICE. It's not like we've been ignoring people trying to get across the border. The drug barons dig a tunnel from one warehouse on the Mexican side to a building on the American side. I know because I got to see one in Nogales. How the hell do you catch these guys? They use the tunnels like it was the interstate. Women who want to cross to America practically become slaves under the guise of paying their crossing fee. (Same with the Chinese. They populate literally thousands of restaurants and massage parlors.) Men and women pay their "fee" by being drug mules. Immigrants are left in locked trucks when authorities put pressure on the coyotes. They die on the desert crossing. It's an incredible mess. Wall or no wall, immigration policy and border security need to become a much higher and real priority.
