Saturday 2/17 card is extremely mediocre. Not one allowance race in the pick 5. $30KCLM N3L, $20kCLM N2Y, MSW, stakes race, $10k claimers to close it out. This would be a wednesday card except for the stakes

Yes but those 20-30k claimers would win allowance races at most tracks in the country, with the exception of but a few. And where else are you going to find a MSW with a $78K purse? That's more than a lot of stakes races at most tracks.

I'm at Oaklawn this weekend and didn't bet 1 race there today not sure I have ever done that before. Had the Risen Star winner-a Oaklawn horse💰

Um.....it was 50-cent corned beef sandwich day and 0.10 sodas or something
Non race goers come from all over, because they are quite well known for their delicious CB sandwiches.
A day at the track I AVOID like the plague.
The sandwiches are worth every dime at full price though.
As soon as it warms up down here a little, a "normal" Saturday will have close to 30K people though. Feb is kinda slow in general
