If I had a dollar for every unbiased forum moderator I have ran across, I wouldn't even have enough to buy a 12 pack.

I personally can't get enough of it either...

I can't wait for the next one to be exposed so I can put their poster on my wall...I have one spot left and I change them weekly...

I like realist too . But people really don’t like it. Half the country lives in fantasy land . I can go to that political section and read about how great one side is and how evil the other side is . Depending on which side the joker posting is for . I mean, it’s all about 90% bull shite but it’s another similarity of the WWE and people I think actually believe in it .
Cheating is part of any game . What are they going to do run any sport on the honor system? Reality
There’s never going to be zero cheating or zero horse deaths . But Christ , you shouldn’t have multiple horses dropping dead Derby week. Reality
Lastly, it turned out to be a good thing that Forte scratched and even better that he didn’t win the race . I can hear it all now during Preakness week , all the stink around the Derby winner which would have made the third or fourth time in recent years . I’m at the point where maybe they want this trouble . You literally can’t make this shit up. I disagree with some of what he said . The WWE knows how to promote itself with their bafoonery and Horse Racing are bull shitters but man are they bad at it .

When you’re really a realist . Many people can’t stand you . They don’t want the truth pointed out . They don’t want to have to see it , hear it or touch it . Many peoples comfort zone is the crap they are told if it’s what they want to hear or to deny reality because it hurts too much .
That’s the secret sauce for the media . Decide who your audience will be then feed them the breadcrumbs (bs) that they long for. You then have a sucker /customer for life .

I suppose horse racing would be a lot better off if all its problems were swept under the rug...

IMO, it was a foolish thing to say as a representative of a business that's trying to promote racing, especially when the industry has come under so much criticism in the recent years and is trying to improve its reputation. But a bit of what he said has been true, still is true, and probably will continue to be true. IMO, it would be really unfortunate if he lost his job for expressing an opinion most horseplayers would concede was somewhat accurate even if expressed poorly. I hope this ends with "lesson learned" and back to business. Enough of these job losses for a single moment of questionable judgement.
