Handifast update

mmdorn has added a printing feature to HHX, bringing HHX up to v2.2. He also added a great set of instructions so everything that you need to know about using this version. Just download the attachment, extract the zip file into its own folder, and run the exe from there.

Just a note -- please do not confuse this with Handiman's Golden Horse multitrack version as HHX in it's current state only works with one track at a time. V3, should I ever finish it, let's you load up to 12 tracks.

Downloaded and appeared to work fine. Just used the defaults for now. The print all feature is nice if you use Scratch Manager to scratch the horses in advance and create a new file. As info, the program worked fine when doing that. Nice work guys and much appreciated!

Thank you mmdorn and headhawg for the update to a wonderful program.
I have one question. After selecting a scratched horse and closing the window for the form adjusted speed totals results screen is not wide enough to show past the morning line, how can i reduce the size to see the complete window?

Thanks again for your hard work.

I don't know why you are not seeing the info past the morning line. I just tested the program again, and all columns are showing, with or without scratches. There are three columns past morning line, Fair Odds, Total Points, and a column to that shows if a horse is a firster.

Mike

P.S. Good point HH, screen resolution

Mike,

You did great on the printing part. Works like a charm and is a nice, neat report. Big thumbs up!

HH, I know it is a long shot, but is there any realistic chance you could add the other columns (s3,s2,s1,cc,ps,pwr)that could be weighted? I know it is in version 8 Golden Horse, but Mike's printing capabilities make me want to use this version. Thanks for considering.

I will look into doing that, Jim. No promises, but it shouldn't be too hard to implement. It's been a long time since I've looked at the code but I will give it a whirl. Mike probably knows the code better than I do now.

I am very appreciative. Thanks for checking into it.
