Holiday gift of FREE Thoro-Graph data for the races of 12/26-12/31

Just about everyone knows the lower number the better BUT I know there's a lot more to it than that. Would appreciate anyone who is a regular user weighing in. I downloaded the free stuff for Santa Anita opening day. I did not download the charts though because it's too much without understanding how it works.

Thanks for your opinion. I want to add something new to my process this coming year. My regular process is to go through the form, then video replays, then workouts. Very time consuming. One of the problems I run into is the time it takes to incorporate tools that are too time consuming and complicated.

If it is "free" why does one have to open an account?

Why not just provide a "free" link for the data, vs me providing marketing info, like my email.

I've never received an email or any other kind of promotion from them.
Plus with an account, you can access the Redboard room and download free files for 2 days after raceday. I always get big raceday cards like triple crown, BC, etc.

Same issue, but I think there are very few edges left in this game and that kind of manually intensive work is where you’ll find the occasional value. The computers are generally going to crunch the data everyone else has better.

What I think has helped me was creating some automated metrics that flag things that look extreme (bias, flow, pace). That way I focus the manual labor where it likely matters instead of every race or every race card.

Same here.

I think Thorograph and Ragozin figures are more influential on the board than other figures. So sometimes when you don’t understand the betting, if you look at those figures after the fact, it explains things.
