Laurel Park - Why did the 3 get DQ'd?

3rd race today at laurel the 3 was DQ'd and I still don't see why? They had an inquiry/objection after the race but only the 4/6 were flashing. About 20 minutes later they take down the 3.

I added the replay. It has to be for actions on the backstretch, was weaving around and caused some problems.

Watch the head on replay starting at about the 2:21 mark.

At about the 2:24 mark in the video she comes out in front of #4 who clipped heels and stumbled albeit slightly.

The 4 had to steady to avoid clipping heels when the three came out down the backside. Seems a bit ticky tacky since you would have needed a search party to find the 4 at the end of the race. Fairly certain it did not cost the 4 a placing; although I am generally not in favor of splitting the baby, i would have left the 3 up and fined the jockey for careless riding.

3 is over a length in front of the 4 (42 seconds in the video) when it checks. 4 even cuts off the 3 in the beginning of the race. Worst call I've seen in a long time.

I know people make fun of the "this is the worst DQ ever" description being used every week but wow this is an all-timer far as I'm concerned. The winner did come out slightly on the backstretch causing the 4 to either check or lightly clip heels, but this action cost the 4 I'd say about 1/4 to 1/2 a length in the overall scheme of the race. The 4 was eventually beaten almost 25!!! lengths for 3rd place, and got moved up to this position, that is inexcusable judgment by the stewards. If ever there was a let the result stand and fine/suspend the jock situation this was it. Do certain jurisdictions not allow any leeway to use common sense?
