they are coming because they are welcomed under the Biden administration.
we need time ... we did not have the normal peaceful transition that usually occurs between administrations (???)

it is true, the border is closed ... the system is complex but we are operating on parallel tracts ... we are rebuilding with the Mexican government (???) .... we are working with allowing the public seeing what is going on
