Since no current or former president has ever been indicted, I would suggest no prosecutor would file those charges without a reasonable chance of success.

Riiiiigghht...  There has been a run on Kleenex by the Lib's, cause by the constant spontaneous ejaculating based on the announcement alone. Bragg is a hero in their weepy eyes... being successful in the case was never considered.

Remember, if they can indict Trump, they can indict you.
I mean, if you use campaign funds to pay off a porn star for covering up an illicit affair in order to cheat your way to an election victory they can, anyway.
But still. The next thing you know, they’ll be saying you can’t attempt to bully a state official on a recorded phone call into falsifying vote counts, can’t steal classified documents and lie about having them, or can’t encourage people threatening the vice president with hanging if he doesn’t discard lawful state elector votes and replace them with fake electors of your choosing.
What has America come to?
I suspect transvestites are behind this.

I'd put conviction odds at about 6-5 against Trump. Neither outcome would surprise me much. He will be lucky to be indicted only once. Don't be surprised that this emboldens other Prosecutors.
