i was able to use the link to get it in the wayback machine. it is a free software now, enjoy if you desire to download. it only operates when you run as administrator.

I've never been able to get RP's FPS output to line up with Brohamers formula for FPS output.

And does anyone have an explanation of what the difference is in RP's "Average FPS" and "Overall FPS".

Actually, now that I think about it...if the file name is the same and stored in the same place (as it likely is)...it might be the same version no matter what link you use.

I'm pretty sure RP does not adjust for surface fluctuations, for example. I'm looking at Parx 3/15/23 R8.

CROATIAN won @7/2. Race Prophet has this horse rated last in overall FPS and Ave FPS. But Bris shows this horse has the 2nd highest SR in the field behind the favorite. When adding all CROATIAN's pace numbers together I also get this horse as the second best "total pace" horse in the field. (There is a hidden Bris pace number in routes that you only find in the data files)

But looking at the fractions CROATIAN set in its last race, they are slow. But the DTV says its a 56!. PARADISE PRIDE, the fav and runner up has a 34 DTV.

You are better off creating your own FPS calculator from Brohamers formula and applying a DTV to it rather than following the RP when it comes to FPS.

But RP does upgrade CROATIAN's rank to 2nd under the "slow pace" button behind the favorite. What calculation its doing there is unknown to me.
