Prince Philip and the Duke of Edinburgh died at age 99... he supported the Queen for the last 65 years.

She has done a marvelous job being the epitome of sanity in that family.
My condolences to her on this sad day in her remarkable life.

I read somewhere that he served with honors in the Navy only to leave to become the Royal Consort.

I bet Willie and Meg are so glad they did that Oprah whinefest while he was on his deathbed
