Maybe he'll join T.O. playing arena football.

Just like TO. But there's one thing both of them are forgetting:
A team has to sign you. And that hasn't happened. And based on Moss' play in 2010, it isn't likely to happen. This isn't 1998. Or even 2007.

No chance. Pats are done with Moss.
Like to see NE go after Marques Colston if NO lets him test free agency.
Kraft refuses to spend money on top players since they won their Super Bowls, thinking having Belichick and Brady is enough to win titles with below average players at WR, RB and the entire defense. Pats have been in the bottom 15 in payroll the last few years, this for a team that sells out, is in a huge market, and the owners is making millions.
Maybe that will change after they saw what the Giants did with receiving talent, as well as defensive talent.

Randy Moss isn't a expensive player. Wants to play or NE. Brady wants him back. If the Patriots don't pick him up they need their heads examined.

The Pats traded him mid-season 2 years ago in the middle of a 14-2 season because he was reverting back to his selfish ways. I doubt they re-sign him even for cheap money at this point. With Branch and Welker likely coming back, they need a young threat at WR, not Moss.
Even if they liked Moss, wouldn't it have made more sense to bring him back mid-season last year when they clearly needed help at WR, and see if he could help them win a title?

Is he worth the Diva factor to the Patriots? I mean look what Ochocinco did this year. Granted, maybe they are a different caliber quality and career but, they are both in a similar category the way I see it. Ochocinco did nothing for the Pats this last season, so will bringing Moss back be all that different?

Slew is 100% correct. You don't trade a impact starting player in the middle of a 14-2 season unless you strictly want to rid yourself of him. He won't be in New England next season.

It is highly doubtful that either Moss or TO will ever play in the NFL again. The pain ain't worth gain anymore.
