Charlestown race 8 6-28

How did the 2 horse qualify for the race. I don’t have the form in front of me but I thought it was non 2 life and wva bred races don’t count. Horse won more than two races that weren’t statebred races. Do they mean races held in wva don’t count opposed to statebred wva races? I’m confused 😐

only races he won were west va. bred races. He did win one race that was not wv bred conditions but was dqed. he fit the conditions.

I believe I saw this differently that the wins were not wva bred races but I don’t have the form any longer...

you can look up any horses results on equibase
