Favorite track to bet
Which track is your favorite to bet and which is your least favorite to bet?
I really like betting Keeneland and Saratoga but the meets are to short, so by default I would say Woodbine since its my home track and I do pretty well there, and my least favorite would be the Fairgrounds in Louisiana, their turf course is usually underwater for half the meet and too many chalk winners, or maybe it just seems that way to me. I haven't placed a wager on a race in 2 years at FG.

My favorite is Aqueduct (Duh) and least favorite is Churchill downs. I haven't bet a Churchill race in years because my methods never worked there for some reason. Went to the Derby in 1999 and didn't cash a ticket the whole weekend.

I used to LOVE all NYRA tracks-until Ramon was put out of action. Now, to put it nicely, it's a super incestuous cesspool of "connections" and grabbing/choking.
I LOVED Emerald Downs untill Julien Couton showed up there last year and changed the riding tactics of the colony.
Current most profitable/handicapable tracks: Sam Houston and Portland Meadows.
NYRA-only for Stakes Races.
Historic most profitable track-AQU Main track.

BEST -- Woodbine, Hawthorne, Ellis Park
WORST -- Keenland, Gulfstream, Arlington, Saratoga, Oaklawn

Favorites...Del Mar, Santa Anita. Used to be Arlington (pre-poly), Hawthorne, and Oaklawn.
Least Favorites...Arlington since 2007. Arlington is a wonderful facilty...perhaps one of the very best. I could never get a handle on the poly. The turf racing...home of the 51.0 1/2s and 1:16.0 3/4s...is fantastic to watch but a tad difficult to handicap.

Not sure if i have a favorite, but highest ROI off a good number of plays were the dirt races at Calder and after they closed it carried over to the dirt races at Gulfstream.
Worst have been Parx-Tampa-Evangeline and have had the same poor results at Mahoning as I did at Beulah.

Honestly my records show that I have better ROI at the smaller tracks, EMD, HOU, PHA.
I have also always found success at Santa Anita
I HATE DEL MAR! Can't find winners there to save my life, I have effectively stopped betting there, but I still track my numebrs and its a good thing I stay away from there.

I'm most successful at Delaware, Churchill, Parx, Tampa, and Charles Town.
Least successful? Gulfstream, Monmouth, Saratoga, anything in California. Apparently I don't do well at most big meets. Guess growing up with cheap racing, I got used to betting it.
