Not sure if there's been more than one horse with that name, but I remember "Muffie's Diver" running at Fairmount Park in the mid 1980s. Decent allowances horse, for that circuit. Another horse named "Fabulous Bush" ran about the same timeframe, and a top harness horse at QCD and Fairmount was named "Kellytucknichol" - oddly enough, a gelding.

My favorite however was "Soontobeglu" , a cheap claimer running on the Chicago circuit in the late 1980s I believe.

Early 70's., Saw this horse in the program..I was pronouncing it Minamisyou. Turn out the name was... MyNameIsSue

Taken by itself it's easy. Calling it during a race, especially if in a stretch duel, would probably not be so easy.

Mentally unstable. 2yr old filly came to the gate the other day with that name on her halter. The name fits her.
