I hope they still have a mask-wearing and COVID-19 vaccine policy in place for people coming to Keeneland because they cannot think that everyone would be ok with hundreds of thousands of people around them without masks or social distancing etc

There was no mention of any mask mandate in the email they sent out to me (and everybody else). They made sure to mention, though...that walk-up General Admission has been doubled from $5 to $10. Lot of revenue missed there the last 3 meets.
